The Executive - Project (Retail Development) is responsible for overseeing various aspects of project execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality. This role requires effective coordination with subcontractors and suppliers, as well as thorough monitoring and reporting on project progress.
- Project Scheduling and Monitoring
- Develop, prepare, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion. Keep a close eye on project timelines and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

2. Reporting and Documentation
- Generate weekly site reports that detail project progress, technical specifics, and any challenges encountered. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities.

3. Project Execution
- Plan and execute project activities diligently to meet predefined objectives concerning time, cost, and quality.

4. Subcontractor and Supplier Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers. Distribute necessary drawings, communicate construction methods, and ensure that all parties meet their delivery and workmanship commitments.

5. Quality Assurance
- Oversee the quality of work performed and materials used to ensure compliance with project specifications. Coordinate the handover of completed projects, ensuring that they meet the required standards of workmanship.

6. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
- Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications and Skills
- At least Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience or qualification in Project Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in a project support or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
