Assist in the full project development cycle including planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of property development projects.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, local authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
- Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and identify potential risks or delays.
- Monitor site works and conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
- Assist in submission processes to relevant authorities and ensure all statutory approvals are obtained on time.
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and documentation for internal and external use.
- Ensure project expenditures are within approved budgets and provide timely reports on cost variations.
- Coordinate and resolve project-related issues promptly.
- Attend meetings and participate in value engineering, design coordination, and tender evaluation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- At least 4 years of working experience in property development, project management, or construction.
- Good understanding of development processes including authority liaison, project scheduling, contract management, and technical drawings.
- Familiar with local building regulations, approval processes, and construction methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Work Location: In person
