**Overview**:
We are an ARCHITECTURAL design practice in PETALING JAYA which focuses on delivering an optimum solution with cost-effective and efficient service to clients. We seek the following talented individuals for our team:
PROJECT ARCHITECTS
We are a multi-disciplinary architecture, planning & interior design practice looking for Design/ Project Architects to drive a variety of small to medium scale projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary
- A strong ability to work in a team, while being independent.
- Ability to develop ideas quickly, creatively, autonomously and precisely with 2D drawings, models & renderings.
- Delivering quality design
- Interfacing with clients
- Leading the design and documentation to ensure the design intent is matched in the final building.
- A communicator, a get-things-done person, a problem-solver, negotiator and organizer.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Architecture with minimum 4 years experience working in architectural design and project management roles.
- Innovative, creative and highly motivated with excellent presentation and organizational skills.
- Experienced in conceptual design, design development and construction documentation.
- Proficient in computer literate and proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, 3D modeling and Photoshop.
- Experience with ID work is an advantage.
- Due to overseas projects, the ability to speak Mandarin and/ or Cantonese would be an advantage.

*Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
*Industry: Architecture (Design & Architecture)

**Work arrangements**

Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
