Key Duties

The Architect is responsible to prepare all necessary documentation for the successful completion of assigned projects for architecture team within the Engineering Operations (EO) division.

  • Develop Architectural BIM models including the detail level required for the particular project phase.
  • Perform research in order to find the optimal solutions as required by the projects.
  • Responsible for checking, correcting and updating drawings.
  • Coordinate the Architectural work with the work of other disciplines.
  • Develop and coordinate detailed working drawings and specifications.
  • Review projects specifications, tender clarifications, construction and vendor drawings.
  • Assist Senior Architect in preparations of necessary drawing and documents for authority submission, tender and construction.
  • Visit construction sites as required for construction observation and punch-listing.
  • Attend internal coordination meetings for internal design reviews.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Science/Art in Architecture
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the relevant field, excellent proficiency in REVIT skills is a plus
  • Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop (Lumion, Sketch-up, V-Ray)
  • Familiar with building codes, local bylaws and submission requirements to various authorities
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Systematic and well organized
  • Meticulous and able to follow through with tasks promptly
  • IT-savvy and proficient with MS Office applications

* This role is fixed term contract of 6 months, immediate availability is preferred
