Assistant Planner

**Order & Sales Coordination**
- Monitor and update daily and weekly order schedules.
- Check and verify sales orders and ensure alignment with production capacity.
- Coordinate with the sales team to confirm order delivery timelines and adjustments.

**Production Planning & Monitoring**
- Track daily and weekly production output for related products.
- Monitor machine and manpower capacity utilization.
- Ensure timely communication of any production delays or issues to relevant departments.

**Quality & Rejection Reporting**
- Collect and compile daily and weekly rejection data from production.
- Assist in root cause analysis and work with QA and production teams for improvements.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly rejection reports.

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, including production performance, order status, and rejection summaries.
- Support the preparation of sales vs. production comparison reports.

**Cross-functional Meetings & Coordination**
- Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with Sales, Production, and Purchasing teams.
- Provide planning updates, production status, and feedback in meetings.
- Follow up on agreed actions or escalations from the meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
