We are seeking a dynamic and experienced restaurant manager / supervisor to join our growing team at Baker’s Cottage; a well-established café/ restaurant known by its own signature Roasted Chicken and variety of cakes and pastries. As the restaurant manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, managing a team of staff, ensuring high-quality of food and service, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for our customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Starting from RM2,300 per month

Expected hours: No less than 45h per week

**Requirements**:

- Language : Bahasa Melayu (required), English
- Minimum education SPM
- Fit and healthy with a strong mindset
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent in communication and customer service skills
- Problem solver with technical proficiency skills
- Good knowledge of F&B operations including cost control, inventory, and customer service standards.
- Able to work on weekend, public holiday and peak hours.

**Working Schedule**:

- Morning shift : 8am - 4.30pm
- Noon shift : 2pm - 10.30pm
- Middle shift : 12pm - 8.30pm
- Offday : 1 day on weekday (Mon - Friday)

**Supplemental Pay**:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Location**:

- Kota Damansara (required)

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Kota Damansara, Subang Perdana, Damansara Damai, Kwasa Damansara, Sg Buloh.
