In the **Quality Assurance (Customer Service) Intern** role, you will be supporting our QA team in performing audits on our Customer Experience teams’ communications with external stakeholders. You will also be supporting the team on QA related projects.

You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.

To top it off, we also welcome fresh graduates who are switched on and really ready to make their first step into the industry a good one.

**Requirements**:
**What you will do**:

- With a high attention to detail, accurately record or document areas of improvement and escalate it to Team Leaders
- Assist the QA team in various projects such as: translations for QA materials, consolidating and simplifying Knowledge Base (KB) materials

**How you will need to be**:

- Highly meticulous and responsible, tech-savvy
- Native written and spoken fluency in both English and Bahasa Melayu
- Basic knowledge of G Suite
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good in organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with customer service in the F&B industry is a bonus (handling phone calls, speaking to customers)
- Available to commit at least 3 months of full time internship with us
- Fresh graduates or students from all fields are encouraged to apply
