**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Develop creative and engaging social media posts, including images, videos, infographics, and written content tailored to the preschool audience (parents, children, and educators).
- **Social Media Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement a content strategy that aligns with MyKiddyland’s brand values and educational approach.
- **Platform Management**: Manage and maintain MyKiddyland’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), posting regularly and interacting with followers.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- **Campaign Execution**: Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns, including seasonal promotions, events, and parent engagement initiatives.
- **Content Planning**: Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all platforms.
- **Brand Awareness**: Promote the brand’s educational programs, events, and activities, sharing success stories, student achievements, and special moments.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track the performance of social media content, analyze engagement metrics, and provide recommendations to improve reach and impact.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in social media content creation, especially for brands targeting parents or education-related sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu, etc.) and trends in content creation.
- Basic photography and videography skills with knowledge of editing tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
- Creative thinker with a passion for early childhood education and the ability to convey educational content in a fun and accessible manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a preschool or educational setting is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
