Pharmacist

**Responsibilities**:
**Professional Healthcare Services**:
1. Communicate with customers to understand their health, medication, nutrition and lifestyle needs.

2. Provide medication counselling to ensure safe and effective use of prescribed medicines.

3. Conduct basic health screenings (e.g. blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring) to assist customers in managing their health.

4. Offer recommendations on suitable health supplements based on customers’ needs.

**Pharmacy Operations & Inventory Management**:
1. Assist in daily operation matters.

2. Maintain and manage pharmacy stock to ensure product availability.

3. Ensure accurate inventory records and reports.

**Team Leadership and Customer Engagement**:
1. Train and guide new team members.

2. Provide continuous coaching and support to ensure high customer service standards.

3. Work closely with the retail manager, nutritionists and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Compliance and Best Practices**:
1. Follow company guidelines to maintain a high standard of pharmacy practice.

2. Ensure the pharmacy assistants adheres to Company operation standards.

3. Maintain accurate prescription and poison book records.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Possess at least a bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy and it is recognized by the Malaysia Pharmacy Board.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.

3. Demonstrated passion for contributing to society through initiatives such as corporate social responsibility projects, school talks or health promotions.

4. Flexible working schedules and willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
