**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor site work, supervision arrangement of roll-on-site works and other relevant activities carried out at the construction site.
- To be responsible for coordination relating to design and construction issues for the projects with the superior.
- Coordination of site works including workers and machineries at site.
- To assist and undertake all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior.
- Ensure that the completed works / products according to requirement and specification.
- Assist Project Coordinator in planning of manpower and other resource to ensure optimum distribution of work and minimize disruption to work progress.
- Carry out joint inspection and attend the site meeting with consultant and client’s representatives.
- Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that quality/types/dimension are as per the specified requirements.
- Check daily attendance of all workers for late arrival, absent, early departure and false claim etc.
- Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site.
- To undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required from time to time by the management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Male.
- Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or experience in related field.
- Have problem-solving skill and have knowledge in construction specialist work.
- Able to lead and supervise site workers.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
- Must possess own transport.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Site Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

- D License (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
