**RESPONSIBILITY**:
1. Create or develop products relating to defined customer requirements or internal direction of research efforts.

2. Design, develop and improve new or existing products.

3. Conducting market survey and propose new product concept to marketing department.

4. Establishes product specification and testing requirements of new product.

5. Establishes and directs the testing of new product to verify product reliability and effectiveness.

6. Liaise and discuss with Marketing department QA/QC department and Production department for new product development and product improvement.

7. Sourcing and conduct research and testing on new ingredients.

8. Review and study new ingredients information from suppliers and propose potential ingredients to marketing department.

9. Coordinate with production on new product or sample trial run.

10. Help to suggest process requirement or other technical requirement to new products.

11. Review feedback from production and QA/QC department and recommend adjustment on product specification and formulation for improvement.

12. Monitoring and conducting test for raw materials variation and recommend adjustment and modification of formulation.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Degree / Applied Science or equivalent professional qualification

2. At least 5 years of related experience in related fields

3. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

4. High level of integrity, confident, self-motivated and able to work independently

5. Effective time management, multi-tasking and organization skill
