About the role

We are seeking an experienced R&D Supervisor to join our team at Huan Hsin Electrical System (M) Sdn Bhd in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This full-time role will play a crucial part in driving research and development initiatives within our Electrical/Electronic Engineering division.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee and coordinate the research and development activities of the team
  2. Collaborate with customer and supplier on design and development issue.
  3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective R&D
  4. Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers and technicians
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and industry experts
  6. Conduct supplier audit and improvement activities
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar R&D supervisory role within the Electrical/Electronic Engineering industry
  3. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in electrical/Mechanical systems, design, and manufacturing
  4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Required Skill : AutoCad and Catia
  7. Preferable Language(s) : Chinese & English (for dealing with oversea supplier)
