Manage customer documents enquiry
- Documentation management from supplier/principal
- To ensure the compliance of incoming raw materials, in-process and out-going products to expected quality and specifications.
- Handling customer complaint.
- Assist in handling activities pertaining to Quality and Food Safety Management System, i.e.: documentations, audits,
- Assist to maintain the required regulatory standards, standard operating procedures and resource documents and be up to date with all local regulatory updates and changes and cascade this to the team.
- Assist in registration of certificate related to local authority (KPDNHEP, MOH and etc)
- Assist in new supplier or alternative supplier evaluation
- Assist in Lab QC checking
- Other assigned duties as required.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Possess ISO 22000 and Quality Management knowledge in food manufacturing environment.
- Experienced and efficient in handling customer feedback as well as complaints within the given time frame.
- Minimum TWO ( 2) year experience in QA/QC and Regulatory Affairs
- Excellent Writing and Communication skills in English

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
