- Support and Maintenance of Oracle E-Business suites and all the supported Applications(Automic, Oracle SSO,Sabrix Tax, Fusion Middleware,Apex,ADF)
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on all Oracle eBS core modules, produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions with appropriate technical solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies
- Manage implementations of technical and functional Oracle EBS solutions
- Partner with management to assess/evaluate vendor performance, spend optimization, risk management etc. and come up with recommendations to address any issues and gaps.
- Identifies new technology solutions and works closely with internal business partners to forecast future IT
- Support Warehouse and manufacturing operation and FAB
- Infrastructure needs and develops cost effective strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Willing to work as part of an extended corporate team overseeing DBAs in a highly outsourced DB management.
- Must be willing to work on planned maintenance activities
- Must be willing to work on-call to address any database issues impacting global operations after office hours
- Oversea Patch Management, Version Control and Vulnerabilities and fixes
- Evaluate Oracle features and Oracle related products periodically
- Perform database tuning and performance monitoring.
- Streamline and support code migration and releases
- Participate and oversee the Exadata patching
- Involve in Business User Meetings to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Create, document, and implement standards and/or complex modelling to monitor and enhance the capacity and performance of the database.
- Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support.
- Put forward best practices for executing the duties for Vendor Oracle Applications DBA's and implement the best practices where applicable Set example by establishing great partner relationships
- Qualifications / Experience
- 10+ years of experience in the areas of Oracle Technologies ie ERP Application framework, PCP,Shared Appl_Top, Oracle SSO, Fusion Middleware, Advanced EBS Architecture ,Online patching
- Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting EBS ,Oracle SSO, ADF Multi-node and multi domain architecture for High availability.
- Hands on experience in setting up Sabrix Tax Determination, Integration and reporting
- Expertise in Application Cloning
- Deep technical knowledge of Advanced Architectures (Multi-Node, RAC, ASM),
- Hands on experience in Broadcom Automic for managing the Jobs, schedules and Workflow
- Well versed in Backup/Recovery, OEM grid,Disaster Recovery, and platform/database migration
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and ITSM tools is a must
- Experience in MySQL, Postgres database administration is a plus
- Certified on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is plus
