Tour Manager Outbound

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell travel packages to individuals and groups.
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' preferences and budget, ensuring an exceptional travel experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Assist in Roadshow/MATTA etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for travel and a genuine enthusiasm for exploring new destinations.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate travel arrangements.
- Knowledge of various travel booking systems and reservation platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Diploma or Degree in tourism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
