- 積極推廣公司的項目，安排與潛在客戶的演示和會議，處理客戶的詢問並提供及時的服務，以在售中和售後為客戶提供幫助。
- 參加本地或海外的所有銷售發布會和促銷活動。
- 準備銷售線索報告，編譯和徵求註冊資料庫，並確保在客戶關係管理 (CRM) 系統中進行正確記錄。

- 維護並確保展示村/展示單位/銷售辦公室/展覽攤位處於最佳狀態

- 與客戶、律師、銀行家、當局、顧問和創意機構聯絡，以在實現銷售預算和品牌策略方面取得預期結果。
- 根據管理層不時的指示履行任何其他職責。
