**Position: Sales Representative - Jewelry Retail Store, Bukit Jalil.**

**Job Summary**:As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our jewelry retail store. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers in their selection of fine jewelry pieces, offering product knowledge, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, understanding their needs and guiding them through the jewelry selection process.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product range, including gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry designs, in order to effectively showcase the features and benefits to customers.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, establishing trust and rapport to enhance their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions, offering expert advice on various aspects such as quality, style, and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store display, ensuring merchandise is properly showcased and inventory is accurately tracked.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities to remain knowledgeable and ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with team members and management to contribute to a positive work environment and achieve collective goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Strong passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design, with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the store's operational hours.
- Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry trends is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
