**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum SPM with 2 years working experience.
- Computer literate.
- Able to accomplish work assignment with minimum supervision.
- Have good communication skills.
**DETAILS OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To assist Human Resource Executive in updating foreign workers master record.
- To assist Human Resource Executive and Human Resource Manager on orientation and training arrangement.
- Register new foreign workers into Fingerprint database system.
- Assist Human Resource Executive for all administrative duties.
- Assist Human Resource Executive on preparing related documentation for Fomema registration for all foreign workers.
- Co-ordinating and monitoring foreign workers work permits renewal process.
- Abide all company rules and regulations.
- Other assigned duties as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,568.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
