_**Job Responsibilities-**_
- To manage and control the overall operations of the Front Office Department. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on maintaining high standards of service and ensure guest satisfaction. _
- _To monitors and control over all matters pertaining to Front Office operations, including cashiering, night audit, room reservations, room promotions and related._
- _Monitor and manage guest accounts, billing, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy. Assist in preparing reports and tracking key performance metrics._
- _Prepare and monitor budgets, revenue forecasts, and reports to maximise room revenue and occupancy._
- _Consistently develop strategies and improve hotel’s ratings online._
- _To constantly drive Customer Satisfaction to ensure the consistency and deliver highest standard of customer service_
- _Drive Up-selling program to meet revenue targets set by the management._
- _Work closely with the Reservations Manager/Revenue Manager on all activities in the Reservations Department._
- _To liaise closely with other departments like Maintenance, Food & Beverage, Security, and Housekeeping and within the Front Office departments to resolve any guests complains, cleanliness and safety issues._
- _Train and develop front office staffs on the proper handling of guest’s complaints, latest promotions, hotel service standard policy and procedures._
- Job Requirement: -_
- _Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent certificates or experience._
- _3-5 years of working experience in a similar role_
- _Able to work effectively under high physical and mental pressure._
- _Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment._
- _Willingness to work on public holidays and shift rotations when required._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
