**COORDINATOR FOR MONT ROYALE COLLEGE PRESIDENT'S OFFICE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a Coordinator for the Mont Royale College President's Office, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- **GOVERNMENT LIAISON**: Establish and maintain effective communication with government authorities and agencies on behalf of the College, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely responses to inquiries.
- **MARKET RESEARCH**: Conduct research to provide critical insights into higher education trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING**: Manage the President's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- **MULTITASKING**: Efficiently manage a diverse set of tasks, prioritize assignments, and ensure deadlines are met.
- **COMMUNICATION**: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the
- President's Office and across the College community.
- **RUNNING ERRANDS**: Execute various tasks that may require running errands, handling logistics, and ensuring seamless operations within the office.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a high level of adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools.
- A proactive and self-motivated work ethic.

**EDUCATION**:

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
