**Administrative Coordinator (Child Enrichment Centre)**
- Location: Kuala Lumpur (On-site)_
- Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 9.00am - 3.30pm_

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and organised **Administrative Coordinator** to join our team and manage the day-to-day running of our centre. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our families, teachers, and operations. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and open to learning and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**1. Parent Communication & Enquiries
- Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook messages from leads and current parents
- Send weekly class reminders, follow-up messages, and renewal notices
- Handle parent concerns with warmth and professionalism

2. Class & Schedule Coordination
- Manage class schedules, student bookings, and attendance
- Liaise with teachers regarding class updates and student needs

3. Sales & Reporting
- Issue payment receipts via POS system (training provided)
- Prepare weekly sales reports and track enrolments
- Report payment updates to management weekly

4. Onboarding & Parent Support
- Welcome and onboard new families
- Explain program offerings, fees, and policies clearly
- Maintain parent records and organised digital files (Google Drive, Excel)

5. Centre & Team Support
- Prepare materials, printouts, and supplies for classes when needed
- Keep the centre tidy, organised, and stocked
- Assist with onboarding new staff or part-timers

6. Content & Event Support (Bonus)
- Capture and organise class/event photos for content use
- Assist with simple visuals (Canva/Illustrator preferred, not required)
- Support weekend events such as birthday parties or themed sessions

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or BM is a bonus)
- Friendly, proactive, and professional in communication
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Suite, Excel
- Prior admin, retail, or centre-based experience preferred
- Bonus: Creative flair, love for children, interest in early learning

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
