Ladang Agrojaya is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support our daily operations. This role involves handling administrative, documentation and basic accounting related tasks across multiple companies. The ideal candidate must be organised, trustworthy and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Basic Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500

Requirements

· Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken & written)

· Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an administrative or accounts-related role (fresh graduates may apply)

· Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

· Skilled in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

· Familiar with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic accounting procedures

· Experience with e-Invoicing systems is an advantage

· Strong attention to detail, organised, and able to meet deadlines

· Must have own transportation

· Able to work independently, organised, and detail-oriented

· Honest, responsible, and able to handle confidential information

Key Responsibilities

· Perform general administrative and clerical duties

· Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal staff on administrative matters

· Prepare, maintain, and properly file company documents and reports

· Answer and route phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle mail

· Record incoming invoices and outgoing payments accurately

· Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and related documents for multiple companies

· Handle e-Invoice submissions and ensure compliance with relevant requirements

· Record and process daily expenses for different sites and companies

· Assist with monthly reports, summaries, and basic bookkeeping support

· Handle LHDN submissions and related documentation

· Update and maintain stock records

· Prepare salary reports and expense reports

· Manage road tax renewals and license renewals, ensuring proper records are maintained

· Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for invoices, receipts, and company records

· Control credit management and follow up on outstanding payments

· Ensure monthly account reconciliation and meet reporting deadlines

· Perform checks and balances on expenses to ensure accuracy and proper documentation

· Assist in financial reporting and audit preparation

· Provide support during audits

· Assist with other accounting-related and ad-hoc tasks as required
