**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for dental products and equipment within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Identify and prospect new customers, including dental clinics, hospitals, dental schools, and other healthcare institutions, to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, communication, and excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure timely delivery of products and payment processing.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
- Ensure timely payment from the customers and collection of Accounts Receivables from customers in collaboration with other internal department.
- Attends and satisfactorily completes the product training programs, attaining the ability to demonstrate the required product and technical knowledge, knowledge of the Company sales procedures and sales skills
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering expert guidance on product selection, usage, and best practices.
- Attend and generate sales at various trade/exhibition/events at the instruction or direction of the Managers.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of dental equipment and dental industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
