Loop Technology Sdn Bhd is an Apple Reseller specializing in the latest Apple products including iPhones, MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, AirPods, and Apple Watch.

We also offer a wide range of premium gadgets and accessories such as speakers , headphones from top brands like JBL, Harman Kardon, Sony, Bose, and Beats and many others.

Our mission is to provide every customer with exceptional service, accurate product knowledge, and a premium retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers politely and professionally
  • Explain and demonstrate Apple products and gadgets/accessories clearly
  • Handle trade-in inquiries, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with new launches
  • Keep store and display areas clean, neat, and well-organized
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and support team goals
