**What will you be doing**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Be attentive to customers, providing answers to any queries.
- Assist shoppers with merchandise (proper sizing, colour choices, collecting items from back inventory if needed, etc.).
- Ensure a good fit for the customer and the product.
- Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances.
- Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products, including new in-store or window displays.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly; find a reasonable solution (calling on a supervisor only when necessary).
- Ensure customers are well-informed on current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.
- Process payment using the cash register, credit card machines, and/or POS (point of sale) computer system.
- Up-to-date with current trends; thus, able to provide recommendations to customers to maintain competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain professional networks with existing and potential customers to ensure full engagement for future collaboration.

**What is required of you**:

- Preferably 1-2 years related working experience in retail
- Required language: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate & equipped with basic knowledge of operating Microsoft Office.
- Able to work in shifts & on weekends (6 working days).
- Prior experience operating UV, DTF, DTG, and Colour Proof machines will be an advantage.
- Trendy, exquisite taste in premium gifts, apparel etc.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
