Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Develop Strategies**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue through catering services, targeting corporate clients and events.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively generate leads by contacting HR departments of large corporations and event spaces and identifying new business opportunities.
- **Client Management**: Identify Points of Contact (PIC) for potential clients, compile their details, and maintain an organised client database using Google Sheets for efficient follow-up and relationship management.
- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare accurate and timely quotations and invoices for catering orders, ensuring all financial documentation aligns with company policies.
- **Database Management**: Regularly update the catering client database to track interactions, preferences, and feedback to enhance future sales strategies and client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities within the catering industry, adapting strategies to meet market demands and stay ahead of competitors.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry or catering services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with corporate clients.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets and other database management tools.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with preparing financial documents such as quotations and invoices.
