Job Description: -Liaising with 3rd party logistic company. -Stock inventory management. -Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. -Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfilment centre, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. -Shipment planning and coordinate with 3rd party logistic company. -Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed. -Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and quality control. -Attend to Japan HQ’s request or enquiry. -And other ad hoc assignments assigned by the superior from time to time. Requirements: -Possess at least Diploma or above in Business/ Warehousing/ Logistic/ Supply Chain or any other related field. -Min 3 years working experiences preferably in warehouse operation. -Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point. -Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written. Skill: -Basic logistics knowledge will be an advantage. -Familiar with shipping documentation. -Preferred with Custom declaration knowledge. -Good communication and interpersonal skills.
