**Requirements**:

- Creating and processing sales in a timely manner, including arrange for deliveries/shipments and invoicing
- Expediting requests sales orders and updates of shipping information as required.
- Work independently and use good judgment.
- The ability to perform multiple complex analyses simultaneously.
- Ability to coordinate activities effectively and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
- Handling related administrative duties for the sales support Department
- Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
- Performing data entry in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
- Any other task which may be assigned from time to time

**Qualification**
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Logistic
- Preferably at least 4 years experience in the sales support line, especially on Logistic/Export Shipments including East Malaysia
- Strong player on communication skill verbal or written with customer and sales teams particularly for English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.and also strong in analytical data
- Strong in analytical data and able to work independently
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, PowerPoint, and Pivot Table.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing particularly for English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
