**Job Purpose**

To drive revenue growth by promoting and selling products or services to new and existing clients. This role is focused on meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive engagement with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. A Sales Officer builds strong relationships with customers, provides product knowledge, and ensures a positive client experience, which contributes to customer loyalty and retention. By identifying new business opportunities, managing sales processes, and providing follow-up support, the Sales Officer plays a key role in achieving the company’s financial goals and expanding its market reach.

**Responsibilities**:

- To sell and promote Products and Services for increasing market coverage.
- To prepare sales planning for achieving sales budget for respective territory.
- To build up relationships with other relevant departments and customers for continuous and sustainable business.
- To provide post sales services regularly for better sales planning and product improvement.
- To manage customer database and perform administrative task in order to ensure traceability of sales performance.

**Additional Requirements**
- At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field graduated in Business Studies/Marketing/Management or equivalent.
- Strong in communication, negotiation, persuasion, take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and able to work in a self-directed way.
- Ability to organize, able to separate themselves in frustrating situations and guide customers to efficient solutions.
- Good in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
- Conversant with English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese / Hokkien is the advantage.
- Must possess own transport.
- Willing to travel.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
