**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Managing Files and Records**: Administrative clerks are responsible for organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and up to date.

**3. Data Entry and Document Preparation**: Admin clerks perform data entry tasks, inputting information into databases, creating reports, and drafting correspondence as needed.

**4. Scheduling and Appointments**: They assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring efficient time management within the office.

**5. Maintaining Office Supplies**: Administrative clerks oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring that the office is well-stocked with necessary materials.

**6. Supporting Other Departments**: They provide administrative support to various departments, assisting with tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.

**Skills Required**:
**Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities is crucial for success in this role.
