**What You’ll Do**
- **Process and pack online orders** with speed and care
- **Handle customised items** (like a latte with 5 custom requests — but make it paper)
- **Perform quality checks** — nothing goes out unless it’s perfect
- **Restock** supplies, **track** inventory, and **coordinate** deliveries
- **Fulfil bulk orders** like corporate gifts or launch events
- **Step in** during peak seasons, big launches, or urgent turnarounds
- **Work with teams** across design, retail, and marketing
- **Coach new joiners when needed** — just like you did in your last kitchen rush

**Who We’re Looking For**

You’ll Thrive If You:

- Have **1-3+ years of experience in F&B, service, retail, or logistics**:

- Are used to moving fast, staying sharp, and keeping cool
- Take pride in doing things right (and right the first time)
- Know how to adapt when things get messy
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Love improving workflows, not just following SOPs
- Can handle repetitive tasks without losing focus
- Want to grow with a team, not just clock in and out

Bare Minimum:

- Are fluent in **English**, both spoken and written
- Are available at least **5 days a week**, including weekends and public holidays, in rotating shifts
- Minimum **SPM/IGCSE or Diploma** (technical or communications certification is a bonus)

Good-to-Have:

- Bilingual (Malay, Mandarin, Tamil, or others)
- Have worked in customised or creative environments
- Enjoy solving puzzles or optimising small systems
- Care about craft, design, and the details most people miss
- Coach others patiently and confidently, even without a leadership title
