1. Promote selling takaful products and services.
2. Identifying the financial needs of clients and providing them suitable cover based on those needs.
3. Assisting clients and providing them with advice on takaful and financial issues.
4. Guiding clients through the claims process, taking care of all paperwork and procedures.
5. Mediating between clients and AIA Public Takaful Berhad.
6. Maintaining and growing client’s portfolio, e.g. looking for and meeting with potential new clients.
7. Keeping up-to-date with takaful industry news and regulatory developments
8. Attend and participate in all company and agency events and activities.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for your own progress.
