1. Assist in sourcing construction materials, equipment, and services.

2. Research and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

3. Obtain and compare quotations from different vendors.

4. Ensure timely procurement of materials to prevent project delays.

5. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

7. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery.

8. Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and contracts.

9. Assist in tracking project budgets and ensuring cost control.

10. Work with finance and project managers to forecast procurement costs.

11. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

12. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to understand material requirements.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (construction industry preferred).

3. Knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market trends.

4. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
