**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Treatment Planning doctor is an internal dentist of Zenyum Treatment Planning department. This department consists of dentists and orthodontists. The Treatment Planning Dental Analyst is assisted by dental technicians who have been trained in our proprietary treatment planning protocols. He or she will be in charge of the review of clear aligner cases for quality and safety all over Asia.

The Treatment Planning Dental Analyst will report directly to the Treatment Planning Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily planning, review and QC of clear aligners cases.
- Ensure all cases globally are processed within the agreed SLA.
- Uphold the quality of treatment plan outcomes.
- Ensure professional communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptable to the volatile business needs.
- Collaboration intra and interdepartmentally for improvement protocols and processes.
- Contribute to updating and improving partner doctor training materials.

**Requirements**:

- Have a good command of the English Language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Masters in Orthodontics (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a practicing clinician.
- Interest in clear aligners.
- Well-versed in using computer softwares.
- Good communication skills, collaborative, independent.
- Humble, adaptable and keen to learn.
