**About the Role**

We are representing a leading player in the **HVAC industry** that delivers comprehensive heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions to commercial and industrial clients. As part of their strategic expansion, the company is seeking an experienced and visionary **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to provide strong financial leadership and support sustainable business growth.

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including strategic planning, budgeting, risk management, and capital structuring, while contributing directly to high-level decision-making alongside the CEO and executive team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics in the HVAC industry
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements to support operations and growth
- Monitor financial performance, cost structures, and profitability across projects and business units
- Advise on investment strategies, pricing models, and cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Liaise with auditors, banks, legal advisors, and relevant authorities
- Evaluate potential M&A activities, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on financial matters and business direction
- Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in the **HVAC, engineering, construction, or industrial sectors**:

- Minimum **10-15 years of finance experience**, including team leadership and strategic involvement
- Strong grasp of financial management principles, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation
- Familiarity with project-based accounting, cost control, and pricing strategies in technical industries
- Hands-on, analytical, and commercially minded, with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is a strong advantage)
