About Us:
Clinic Seri Setia base in Kelana Jaya, is a community-based medical clinic dedicated to providing accessible, quality healthcare to our patients. We are looking for a proactive and friendly Marketing Executive to help promote our clinic’s services and strengthen our presence in the local community.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities

**1. Marketing & Promotions**
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for key services, health packages, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate with doctors and service departments to identify promotional opportunities.
- Support planning and execution of health talks, community events, screenings, and patient engagement activities.

**2. Digital & Social Media Marketing**
- Manage and update the hospital/clinic’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and publish engaging content such as posts, videos, infographics, and patient education materials.
- Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries professionally.
- Track online performance and provide analytics reports.

**3. Branding & Communications**
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Assist in the creation of brochures, posters, banners, and patient education materials.
- Support internal communications and announcements.

**4. Patient Acquisition & Relationship Building**
- Assist in developing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Coordinate with corporate clients, insurance partners, and community organizations.
- Support customer service initiatives to enhance patient experience.

**5. Market Research & Reporting**
- Conduct basic market research on competitors, trends, and patient demographics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and campaign performance summaries.
- Identify potential areas for growth and outreach.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of experience in healthcare marketing is an advantage.
- Strong interest in the healthcare industry and patient engagement.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of social media management and basic digital marketing tools.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple teams.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
