**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners, including live streamers and influencers.
- Maintain and expand a personal network of affiliates to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Develop strategies to optimize affiliate performance and increase conversions.
- Negotiate partnerships and commission structures to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Track and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong personal network of affiliates, influencers, or live streamers.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or talent management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple collaborations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
