Account Assistant

1. Assist in monitoring daily cash flow and manage cash reserves to meet operational needs.

2. Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and ensure accuracy in projections.

3. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and internal records.

4. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

5. Process payments including checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments.

6. Verify payment details and ensure timely and accurate execution.

7. Assist in the preparation of treasury reports such as cash position reports, cash flow statements, and other relevant financial reports.

8. Ensure reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.

9. Support the management of short-term investments and monitor investment performance.

10. Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and risk assessment.

11. Maintain effective relationships with banking partners.

12. Assist in negotiating favorable terms and conditions for banking services.

13. Utilize treasury management systems and tools to perform tasks efficiently.

14. Ensure accurate and timely recording of treasury transactions.

15. Adhere to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations

16. Support compliance audits and ensure all treasury activities are conducted in accordance with company policies.

17. Monitor and manage treasury-related expenses.

18. Assist in identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

19. Provide general administrative support to the treasury department as needed.

20. Maintain accurate records and files related to treasury operations.

21. Perform any others duties as and when required by the management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
