**Key Responsibility**
- To Ensure Good Customer Experience In Receiving Order From Myaeon2go Platform
- To Manage On Time Delivery, Fulfilment Quantity By Order And Manage Customer Voice
- To Ensure Any Refund/ Removed Credit To Customer In Case Any Payment Gateway Issue, Oos, Quality And Quantity Discrepancy Take Place
- To Ensure Compliance On All The Operation Process Of Picking, Delivery, Customer Voice, Refund, Accuracy And Quality Of Each Order

**Requirements**:

- Possess At Least SPM Level.
- At Least 1 Years In The Retail/Groceries Environment
- Able To Work In Shift Working Hours.
- Possess Own Transport (Motorcycle Or Car)
- Be physically fit and able to work in a fast pace
- Have positive attitude and good time management
- Able to work in a team
- Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday
