Qualifications:
SPM or equivalent (some positions may require a college degree)
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Knowledge of fitness equipment and programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
**Requirements**:
Conducting sales consultations with potential clients to understand their fitness goals and needs
Providing information about fitness center services, programs, and membership options
Giving tours of the facility and explaining the benefits of membership
Handling membership inquiries, sales, and follow-up communication
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Meeting sales targets and goals set by the fitness center
**Job Description**:
As a Sales Consultant at a fitness center, your main responsibility is to drive membership sales by engaging with potential clients, understanding their fitness objectives, and promoting the benefits of joining the fitness center. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, conduct sales consultations, give facility tours, handle membership inquiries, and follow up with leads to convert them into members. Additionally, you will work towards meeting sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with existing members to ensure their satisfaction and continued membership.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
