Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Consultant is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. Daily tasks include providing consultations, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication and an in-depth understanding of automotive products and services.

  • Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Proficient in Customer Service and committed to maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and effectively present solutions
  • An understanding of the automotive industry and a passion for automobiles is an advantage
