Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Consultant based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for providing tailored financial guidance to clients, identifying and understanding their financial and protection needs, and offering suitable Takaful solutions. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting financial reviews, and achieving assigned performance targets. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to help clients manage their health, wealth, and long-term savings goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of financial products, including Takaful, retirement, and savings solutions
  • Sales, negotiation, and client-management capabilities
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess client needs and develop solutions
  • Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to high-quality service delivery
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in financial advisory or Takaful consultancy (advantageous but not mandatory)
