Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Kuala Lumpur for an ERP Sales Consultant. The ERP Sales Consultant will be responsible for analyzing client business processes, identifying the need for ERP implementations, and providing customized solutions using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The role involves presenting and selling ERP solutions, maintaining customer relationships, and offering post-sales support. The consultant will collaborate with various teams to meet client requirements and achieve sales targets while addressing finance-related ERP needs for seamless integration.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in ERP sales, consultant sales role or similar
  • Strong understanding of Business Processes and ability to analyze and improve them
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate and solve client-specific challenges
  • Have general knowledge of ERP system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and client satisfaction goals
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage or technology industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or related fields is preferred
