**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design solutions that align with their business processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
- Lead a team of Consultants in the company and help to fill the gap between employees and upper management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends, features, and best practices to provide expert advice.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven experience in full-cycle ERP implementations.
- Experience in leading a team of consultants.
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations modules within Business Central.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.97 - RM10,327.97 per month
