What You'll Do

As an
ERP Project Consultant
, you'll take on a dual role — acting as both a
functional consultant
and
project manager
. You'll lead implementation projects end to end, ensuring seamless delivery from requirements gathering to go-live and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle ERP and technology implementation projects (requirements, configuration, testing, training, and post-support).

Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and communication.

Analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and configure best-fit solutions.

Develop project plans, track milestones, and manage risks.

Prepare documentation, reports, and training materials.

Conduct user training and ensure smooth system adoption.

Support proposal and presentation efforts where required.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ERP or technology project implementation, consulting, or coordination.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and accounting principles.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel or be assigned on-site depending on client project requirements.
