Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of ERP projects, including business analysis, solution design, and system implementation to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee project delivery by assigning tasks, guiding team members, tracking milestones, ensuring deliverable quality, and maintaining full control over the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, summarize key insights, develop case studies, and share best practices across the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on ERP implementation experience, with proven success in leading at least three large-scale projects in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities, with a strong aptitude for business process understanding and continuous learning.
  • Proficient in English, with a collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM16, RM20,000.00 per month
