Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and qualify high-quality leads for Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions and services.

  • Engage with key decision-makers, including C-Level Executives, through phone and email communication to present solutions effectively.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Oracle NetSuite solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to prospective clients.

  • Identify and analyze customer needs by understanding business processes, determining requirements, and uncovering potential projects and solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and demonstrate creativity and initiative through ad-hoc projects to support various departments.

  • Manage accounts and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.

  • Take part in steering committees to oversee customer success and strengthen key relationships over time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP product sales or related fields. Experience with other software application sales will also be considered.

  • Strong ability to engage, communicate, and build rapport with clients at all levels, including senior executives.

  • Proven track record in sales and business development with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on understanding client needs.

  • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

  • A keen interest in technology and its role in streamlining business processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7, RM11,000.00 per month
