About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP System Administrator to join our talented team at RAHA BINA SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. As an ERP System Administrator, you will be responsible for the seamless operation and maintenance of our enterprise-wide ERP system, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively to support the company's critical business processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day administration and monitoring of the ERP system, including user access, system backups, software updates, and performance optimisation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors that arise with the ERP system, minimising downtime and ensuring the system is running smoothly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations and enhancements
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for ERP system management and end-user training
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP system trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for system improvements
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilise the ERP system

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience (5+ years) as an ERP System Administrator or similar role, preferably working with enterprise-level ERP systems
  • Strong technical skills in managing and troubleshooting ERP systems, including database administration, server management, and software installation and configuration
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issues
  • Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with common ERP software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and experience in implementing and configuring ERP systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide effective training and support to end-users
