About the role:

You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing our ERP system, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting users across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level ERP support to end users.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and configurations within the ERP.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement system enhancements.
  • Document support tickets, resolutions, and recurring issues.
  • Assist with ERP upgrades, testing, and training of end users.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of ERP support or related experience.
  • Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing).
  • Experience with ERP system such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.
