Job Title: Executive, ERP Application Services

Principal Accountabilities

1. Applications Implementation & Development

  • Assess business IT needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions, providing insights into implementation planning and budget requirements for ERP Applications.
  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and procurement of technologies, solutions, and service providers to support ERP implementation.
  • Execute ERP design, development, enhancement, and deployment activities using cost-effective technologies and resources while adhering to governance, budget, and change management procedures.

2. Application Enhancement & Maintenance

  • Perform ERP Applications' maintenance and support post–Go Live, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels, governance standards, and budget requirements.
  • Handle incident resolution, problem management, and user inquiries; identify system patches required for compliance; determine archiving requirements for data beyond retention periods; and recommend performance enhancements.
  • Ensure ERP Applications conform to governing policies—conduct access reviews, respond to audit findings, and ensure risks are mitigated.

Experience

  • Minimum 5–9 years of working experience in the IT industry, particularly in application maintenance and support for SaaS applications.
  • Hands-on experience working with functions within a conglomerate such as Finance, Procurement, HSE, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Marine.
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective task prioritization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information & Communication Technology or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9, RM10,000.00 per month
